Please read these Terms carefully before using Tarotico. By accessing the website, creating an account, using a free trial period, purchasing a subscription, an interpretation package, or other digital content, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

In these Terms, the words “Tarotico”, “we”, “us”, or “our” refer to InnOneWeb OÜ and the Tarotico platform operated by it.
The words “user”, “you”, or “your” refer to any person who visits, browses, creates an account, uses a free trial period, purchases a subscription, an interpretation package, or otherwise uses Tarotico.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
By using Tarotico, you agree to comply with these Terms, as well as all other policies published on the website, including the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and AI & Spiritual Disclaimer, where applicable.
These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, free trial users, paid subscribers, and users who have purchased one-time digital content or interpretation packages.
If you use Tarotico on behalf of another person, company, or organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms on their behalf.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tarotico after an updated version has been published means that you accept the changes.
3. Description of the Service
Tarotico is an online digital platform that provides symbolic, spiritual, and reflective interpretations through interactive spreads, cards, symbols, ritual and intuitive guidance, as well as AI-generated interpretations.
The Service may include, but is not limited to:
Tarot interpretations, including spreads based on the Rider-Waite system;
Lenormand interpretations;
Egyptian Tarot;
Runes;
Dr. Bach Flower cards and the Flower Compass;
symbolic cards, spreads, rituals, or guidance inspired by essential oils;
symbolic cards, spreads, rituals, or guidance inspired by crystals;
symbolic guidance based on flowers, plants, minerals, colors, elements, archetypes, or other spiritual and energetic systems of correspondences;
daily messages, thematic spreads, and question-based interpretations;
AI-generated interpretations, messages, guidance, and reflective texts;
a free trial period, subscription plans, interpretation packages, one-time interpretations, and other digital features that may be added from time to time.
Tarotico may update, expand, modify, rename, or remove parts of the Service, including interpretation systems, cards, spreads, rituals, interpretations, subscription features, and digital products.
All interpretations, messages, rituals, and guidance provided through Tarotico are intended for personal reflection, spiritual exploration, emotional awareness, self-knowledge, inner clarity, and entertainment.
4. Symbolic Nature of the Service
Tarotico is created as a tool for self-reflection, spiritual exploration, personal clarity, emotional awareness, and inner work.
The interpretations, messages, cards, symbols, rituals, and guidance in Tarotico do not represent absolute truth and should not be perceived as certain predictions of the future.
Tarotico does not make decisions on behalf of the user and does not guarantee any specific outcome in love, work, finances, health, personal life, or any other area of life.
The user bears full responsibility for their own actions, decisions, choices, interpretations, and the way they use the content received through Tarotico.
Tarotico should be used as a means for reflection, inspiration, inner clarity, and personal awareness, and not as a substitute for a professional service, consultation, or expert advice.
5. Symbolic Guidance, Rituals, and Natural Correspondences
Some features of Tarotico may include symbolic guidance inspired by Dr. Bach Flower cards, essential oils, crystals, flowers, plants, minerals, elements, colors, archetypes, rituals, or other spiritual and energetic systems of correspondences.
These features are provided as symbolic, intuitive, ritual, and reflective tools. They may relate to emotional states, character patterns, inner qualities, energetic associations, intentions, spiritual themes, personal development, balance, harmony, and self-knowledge.
Tarotico may offer non-medical rituals, self-reflection practices, intention-setting guidance, or symbolic exercises related to essential oils, crystals, or other similar elements. These rituals are intended solely for spiritual reflection, emotional awareness, inner focus, personal symbolism, and intention work.
Tarotico does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, pharmaceutical, aromatherapy, naturopathic, herbal, nutritional, cosmetic, or therapeutic advice. Tarotico does not diagnose, treat, prevent, or claim to affect diseases, conditions, or symptoms.
Any mention of essential oils, crystals, flowers, plants, or natural elements should be understood solely in a symbolic, emotional, spiritual, or reflective context. It does not constitute an instruction for ingestion, application to the skin, inhalation, dosage, medical use, therapeutic use, or any specific product use.
Users are responsible for their own choices and should consult a qualified professional before using any product or before making any decision related to health, well-being, pregnancy, children, pets, allergies, medication, or medical conditions.
The interpretations, rituals, and symbolic guidance in Tarotico are not a substitute for medical care, psychological support, emergency assistance, legal advice, financial advice, or any other professional service.
6. AI-Generated Interpretations
Some of the interpretations, messages, and guidance in Tarotico are generated with the assistance of artificial intelligence.
AI-generated interpretations do not represent random, arbitrary, or automatically collected responses. They are created based on texts, symbolic meanings, spreads, original materials, an internal knowledge base, and a structured interpretation system developed by Tarotico through many years of collecting, systematizing, and creating content.
Artificial intelligence uses this base to compose an individual interpretation according to the selected system, the specific spread, the positions of the cards or symbols, the drawn elements, and the question or theme entered by the user.
The AI in Tarotico serves as a technological tool for combining, adapting, and presenting already prepared symbolic materials in a personalized way. It should not be understood as a human consultant, spiritual authority, professional advisor, or source of absolute truth.
Although the interpretations are based on structured materials and developed symbolic logic, the results may be inaccurate, incomplete, inappropriate, or inapplicable to a specific life situation.
The user should use the content as a means for self-reflection, personal clarity, spiritual exploration, and inner contemplation, and not as the sole basis for making important decisions.
7. Age Restriction
Tarotico is intended only for persons who are at least 18 years old.
By accessing the website, creating an account, using a free trial period, purchasing a subscription, an interpretation package, or other digital content, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the right to use the platform.
Tarotico is not intended for children or minors. If you are under 18 years old, you must not use Tarotico, create an account, or make purchases through the platform.
We reserve the right to restrict, terminate, or refuse access to Tarotico if we have reason to believe that the user does not meet the age requirement.
8. Account Creation and Access
To use certain features of Tarotico, you may need to create an account or log in through a supported access method, including email, magic link, social login, or another method provided by the platform.
You agree to provide true, accurate, and up-to-date information when creating and using your account.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of access to your account and for all actions carried out through it, to the extent that this is under your control.
You may not share, sell, rent, transfer, or provide access to your account to other persons without our express consent.
You may not use your account in a way that violates these Terms, applicable law, the rights of other persons, or the normal operation of the platform.
Tarotico reserves the right to temporarily restrict, suspend, or terminate access to an account in the event of suspected abuse, violation of these Terms, fraud, technical risk, unpaid obligation, or another legitimate reason.
9. Interpretation History and User Content
For registered users, Tarotico may provide a feature for saving completed spreads, drawn cards, symbols or elements, entered questions or themes, as well as received interpretations in the user profile.
This feature is provided as an additional convenience for the user, so that they can review previous interpretations, follow personal themes, make their own analysis, compare different periods, or use their history for self-reflection.
Saving interpretation history is not a mandatory condition for using Tarotico, except where a certain functionality technically requires an account or data storage in order to be provided correctly.
Tarotico does not require the user to store their interpretations indefinitely. The user may delete individual interpretations, records, questions, or history from their profile where such a feature is available on the platform.
After an interpretation or record is deleted from the profile, the relevant content is removed from the visible user history. Tarotico may retain limited technical or accounting information, for example date of use, payment status, used credit, or technical log, where this is necessary for security, prevention of abuse, resolving technical issues, fulfilling legal obligations, or handling a dispute. This information is not stored for the purpose of providing an additional Tarotico service, but only where it is necessary for the normal operation, protection, and accountability of the platform.
The user is responsible for the content they enter into Tarotico, including questions, themes, personal notes, or other information. We do not recommend entering highly sensitive personal information, data about other persons, medical information, financial data, legal cases, passwords, identification numbers, or other confidential information.
Detailed information about what data is collected, stored, processed, and deleted is provided in Tarotico’s Privacy Policy.
10. Free Trial Period
Tarotico may offer a free trial period that allows users to try certain features of the platform for a limited time.
Unless otherwise stated, the free trial period lasts 3 days.
The free trial period may provide access to selected or extended features of Tarotico, including certain spreads, interpretations, symbolic guidance systems, or other digital features, according to the terms published on the website at the time of activation.
Where the free trial period is offered without requiring a bank card, the user will not be charged automatically after it expires. After the end of the trial period, access to the relevant features may be restricted unless the user chooses a paid subscription, an interpretation package, or other paid access.
The free trial period may usually be used only once by one user, account, email address, device, payment method, or household, unless Tarotico decides otherwise.
You may not create multiple accounts or use technical means for the purpose of repeatedly activating a free trial period or bypassing the platform’s limitations.
Tarotico reserves the right to change, restrict, terminate, or refuse a free trial period at any time, including in cases of suspected abuse.
11. Subscription Plans
Tarotico may offer paid subscription plans, including a monthly subscription, annual subscription, or other subscription models published on the website.
The subscription provides access to certain paid features, spreads, interpretations, symbolic guidance systems, AI-generated interpretations, or other digital services described on the plans page at the time of purchase.
Subscription plans may differ in price, duration, included features, limitations, number of interpretations, or other terms.
If the subscription is subject to automatic renewal, it will renew automatically for the relevant period unless it is cancelled before the renewal date through the available account settings, payment provider, or another method specified by Tarotico.
The user is responsible for cancelling their subscription on time if they do not wish it to be renewed.
Upon cancellation of a subscription, access to paid features usually continues until the end of the already paid period, unless otherwise stated or unless access is terminated due to a violation of these Terms.
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically lead to a refund for a paid period that has already started, been activated, or been used.
Tarotico may change the prices, features, and terms of subscription plans going forward. Price changes or material changes to subscription terms will apply in accordance with applicable law and the information published on the website or in the relevant notice.
12. Interpretation Packages and One-Time Purchases
Tarotico may offer packages with a certain number of interpretations, credits, one-time interpretations, or other digital purchases outside the subscription plans.
Interpretation packages represent digital content or a digital service that allows the user to use a certain number of interpretations, spreads, or other features according to the terms stated at the time of purchase.
Each used interpretation, draw, spread, or activated digital feature may reduce the available number of interpretations or credits in the relevant package.
Purchased interpretation packages do not expire unless expressly stated otherwise for a specific package, promotion, or special offer. The user may use the available interpretations at their own discretion and at a time convenient for them.
Interpretation packages are intended for personal use within the user’s account. They may not be transferred, resold, exchanged for money, or made available for use by other persons unless Tarotico expressly allows this.
Unused interpretations, credits, or one-time purchases are not subject to refund, replacement, or cash payout, unless required by applicable law or unless Tarotico decides otherwise at its own discretion.
Interpretation packages and one-time purchases do not represent a physical product and are not delivered by post or courier. They are provided as digital access within the platform.
In the event of a confirmed technical problem that has prevented the provision of a purchased interpretation or digital feature, Tarotico may, at its discretion, restore a used interpretation, provide repeated access, add credit, or offer another reasonable solution.
If the user’s account is terminated due to a violation of these Terms, abuse, fraud, bypassing platform limitations, or other unlawful conduct, access to unused interpretations or credits may be restricted or terminated.
If the user requests deletion of their account, unused interpretations, credits, or interpretation history may be lost, unless applicable law provides otherwise or unless Tarotico provides another option for access.
13. Payments, Prices, and Billing
Payments for subscriptions, interpretation packages, one-time purchases, or other paid features in Tarotico are processed through external payment providers, for example Stripe or other providers that may be used by the platform.
Tarotico does not store full bank card details. The processing of payment information is carried out by the relevant payment provider in accordance with its terms and policies.
The prices of the services may be listed in euros or in another currency depending on the market, country, payment provider, promotional offer, or platform settings.
Applicable taxes, VAT, fees, currency differences, or other amounts may be added to the price where required by applicable law, the payment provider, or local tax rules.
The user is responsible for providing accurate and up-to-date payment information and for ensuring sufficient funds or a valid payment method.
A failed, refused, returned, or disputed payment may lead to restriction, temporary suspension, or termination of access to paid features.
Tarotico may issue or provide payment information, invoices, receipts, or confirmations through the payment provider, email, user account, or another available method.
14. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy
Tarotico provides digital content and digital services, including online interpretations, AI-generated interpretations, subscription access, interpretation packages, and other digital features.
By making a purchase of paid digital content or a digital service, you may receive immediate access to the relevant content, interpretation, subscription, package, or feature.
Where applicable under current law, before the immediate provision of paid digital content or a digital service begins, your express consent may be requested for the service to begin immediately, together with confirmation that you understand that after access begins you may lose your right of withdrawal.
Once access to paid digital content or a digital service has begun, including through activation of a subscription, use of an interpretation package, generation of an interpretation, or provision of another paid digital feature, the payment is usually non-refundable unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Digital interpretations, interpretations, packages, credits, or features that have already been provided, activated, used, or generated are not subject to return, replacement, or refund, except in the event of a confirmed technical problem, duplicate payment, obvious error, or another situation that Tarotico considers justified.
Cancellation of a subscription does not automatically lead to a refund for an already paid or started subscription period. After cancellation of the subscription, access to paid features may continue until the end of the current paid period, unless otherwise stated.
If you believe that a payment error, technical problem, or incorrect charge has occurred, you should contact us at support@tarotico.com as soon as possible, providing information about the account, the payment date, the type of purchase, and a description of the problem.
All refund requests are reviewed individually and in accordance with these Terms, applicable law, the rules of the payment provider, and the specific circumstances.
