These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the website, platform, digital content, interpretations, subscription plans, interpretation packages and all related services offered through Tarotico.
By accessing the website, creating an account, using a free trial, purchasing a subscription, an interpretation package or other digital content, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use Tarotico.

In these Terms, “Tarotico”, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to InnOneWeb OÜ and the Tarotico platform operated by it. “User”, “you” or “your” refers to any person using the platform.
2. Acceptance of the Terms and related documents
By using Tarotico, you agree to comply with these Terms and all applicable policies published on the website, including the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Refund and Withdrawal Policy, Disclaimer and Legal Information.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Tarotico after an updated version is published means that you accept the changes, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
3. Description of the service
Tarotico is an online digital platform that provides symbolic, spiritual and reflective interpretations through interactive spreads, cards, runes, symbols, ritual and intuitive guidance, as well as personalised digital interpretations composed with the assistance of a technological system based on Tarotico’s internal content base.
- Tarot interpretations, including Rider-Waite-based spreads;
- Lenormand interpretations;
- Egyptian Tarot;
- Runes;
- Bach Flower cards and Flower Compass;
- symbolic cards, spreads, rituals or guidance inspired by essential oils, crystals, plants, colours, elements, archetypes or other spiritual and energetic systems;
- daily messages, thematic spreads and question-based interpretations;
- free trials, subscription plans, interpretation packages, one-time interpretations and other digital features.
Tarotico may update, expand, modify, rename or remove parts of the service, including interpretation systems, cards, spreads, interpretations, subscription features and digital products.
4. Symbolic nature of the service
Tarotico is created as a tool for self-reflection, spiritual exploration, personal clarity, emotional awareness and inner work. Interpretations, messages, cards, symbols, rituals and guidance are not absolute truth and should not be treated as a certain prediction of the future.
Tarotico does not make decisions on behalf of the user and does not guarantee any specific result in love, work, finances, health, personal life or any other area. The user is fully responsible for their own actions, decisions, choices and use of the content obtained through the platform.
In case of a medical, psychological, legal, financial or other emergency or crisis, seek qualified professional or emergency assistance immediately and do not rely on Tarotico content.
5. Symbolic guidance, rituals and natural correspondences
Some Tarotico features may include symbolic guidance inspired by Bach Flowers, essential oils, crystals, flowers, plants, minerals, elements, colours, archetypes, rituals or other spiritual and energetic systems of correspondences.
These features are provided solely as symbolic, intuitive, ritual and reflective tools. Tarotico does not provide medical, psychological, psychiatric, pharmaceutical, aromatherapy, naturopathic, herbal, nutritional, cosmetic or therapeutic advice.
Any mention of essential oils, crystals, flowers, plants or natural elements must be understood only in a symbolic, emotional, spiritual or reflective context. It is not an instruction for ingestion, topical application, inhalation, dosage, medical use, therapeutic use or any specific product use.
6. Technological system and internal content base
Some interpretations, messages and guidance in Tarotico are composed with the assistance of a technological system that operates on the basis of Tarotico’s internal content base.
The internal content base includes pre-developed texts, symbolic meanings, descriptions of cards, runes and other symbols, spread positions, interpretation models, thematic guidance and other materials created, prepared or structured for the platform.
The technological system should not be understood as an independent author, human consultant, spiritual authority, professional adviser or source of absolute truth. Its function is to assist the selection, combination, adaptation, structuring and presentation of content from Tarotico’s internal base according to the selected system, the specific spread, the positions of the cards or symbols, the drawn elements and the question or topic entered by the user.
The resulting interpretation is a personalised digital interpretation composed on the basis of Tarotico’s content and structure with the assistance of a technological system. It is not a professional consultation, a certain prediction or individual expert advice.
Where applicable, Tarotico may label such results in the interface as “AI-assisted interpretation” or equivalent wording.
7. Age restriction
Tarotico is intended only for persons aged 18 or over. By accessing the website, creating an account, using a free trial or purchasing paid access, the user confirms that they are at least 18 years old.
Tarotico relies on the user’s self-declaration of age and does not ordinarily perform identity document checks or other intrusive age verification measures, unless required by applicable law or necessary in a specific case.
We reserve the right to restrict, suspend or terminate access to Tarotico if we have reason to believe that the user does not meet the age requirement.
8. Account creation and access
Certain features may require creating an account or signing in through a supported access method, including email, magic link, social login or another method provided by the platform.
You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and are responsible for maintaining the security of your account access. You may not share, sell, rent, transfer or provide access to your account to other persons without our express consent.
9. Prohibited conduct
- unauthorised access to systems, databases or user accounts;
- copying, scraping, automated extraction, reproduction or distribution of Tarotico content, content base or interpretations;
- reverse engineering of the technological system, interpretation logic or platform structure;
- creating multiple accounts to bypass the free trial or platform limitations;
- actions that threaten the security, stability or normal operation of the platform;
- using Tarotico in breach of applicable law or the rights of others.
Violation of this section may result in temporary or permanent access restrictions, account termination or other reasonable measures, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
10. Interpretation history and user content
For registered users, Tarotico may provide a feature for saving spreads, drawn cards, symbols or elements, questions or topics entered by the user and received interpretations in the user account.
The user may delete individual interpretations, records, questions or history from their profile where such functionality is available. Tarotico may retain limited technical, accounting or protective information where necessary for security, abuse prevention, technical troubleshooting, compliance with legal obligations or dispute handling.
We do not recommend entering highly sensitive personal information, data about other persons, medical information, financial data, legal cases, passwords, identification numbers or other confidential information.
11. Free trial
Tarotico may offer a free trial. Unless otherwise stated, the free trial lasts three days.
The purpose of the free trial is to allow the user to become familiar with the nature, functionality, content and operation of the platform before choosing paid access.
The free trial may include reasonable technical or daily limitations, including limits on the number of interpretations, spreads, requests or other actions, according to the conditions displayed on the website at the time of activation.
Where the free trial is offered without requiring a bank card, the user will not be charged automatically after it ends. After the trial, access may be restricted unless the user chooses paid access.
12. Subscription plans
Tarotico may offer paid subscription plans, including monthly, annual or other subscription models published on the website. A subscription provides access to paid features described on the plan page at the time of purchase.
If a subscription renews automatically, it will renew for the relevant period unless cancelled before the renewal date through the subscription cancellation function in the user account, through the payment provider or by another method specified by Tarotico.
Cancelling a subscription stops future automatic renewals but does not automatically result in a refund for an already started or paid subscription period. Access to paid features usually continues until the end of the current paid period unless otherwise stated or access is terminated due to a breach of these Terms.
13. Interpretation packages and one-time purchases
Tarotico may offer packages with a certain number of interpretations, credits, one-time interpretations or other digital purchases outside subscription plans. They are provided as digital access within the platform and are not physical products.
Purchased interpretation packages have no expiry date unless expressly stated for a specific package, promotion or special offer. They are for personal use within the user account and may not be transferred, resold or exchanged for money.
14. Payments, prices and invoicing
Payments are processed through external payment providers such as Stripe or other providers used by the platform. Tarotico does not store full bank card details.
Prices may be displayed in euros or another currency depending on the market, country, payment provider, promotional offer or platform settings. Applicable taxes, VAT, fees, currency differences or other amounts may be added where required by applicable law.
Tarotico may offer temporary promotions, discounts, coupons, special prices or limited offers. The terms of each promotion, including duration, applicable plan, price after the promotional period and possible limitations, are displayed at activation or purchase.
15. Withdrawal right and refunds
Tarotico provides digital content and digital services. Under applicable consumer law, a consumer may generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within fourteen days without giving a reason.
This right does not apply or is lost, to the extent permitted by applicable law, where the contract concerns digital content or a digital service whose performance has begun immediately after the user’s express prior consent and acknowledgement that they understand that by the start of performance they lose the right of withdrawal.
When purchasing a paid subscription, interpretation package, one-time interpretation or other paid digital service, the user confirms through a separate active action during checkout that they want the service to begin immediately after payment and that they understand that after performance begins they lose the right of withdrawal, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
After the paid digital service has started, the paid amount is not refundable due to change of mind, dissatisfaction with the result, subjective assessment of the interpretation, non-use or partial use of the service, or failure to cancel a subscription before renewal.
A refund is made only where required by applicable law or in the event of confirmed double charging, an obvious billing error or a confirmed technical issue that prevented delivery of the purchased access or paid digital feature.
Where the user has a right of withdrawal under applicable law, it may be exercised through the electronic withdrawal function available in the Tarotico interface or by contacting support@tarotico.com. The availability of an electronic withdrawal function does not mean that every purchase is refundable.
16. Intellectual property
All Tarotico content, including texts, interpretations, symbolic meanings, internal content base, spreads, rituals, design, logo, trade mark, software, structure and platform logic, is owned by InnOneWeb OÜ or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Tarotico grants the user a limited, personal, non-transferable and non-exclusive licence to access and use the content solely for personal, non-commercial purposes within the platform functionality.
Copying, reproduction, distribution, publication, sale, rental, modification or creation of derivative works based on Tarotico content without express written consent is prohibited.
17. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tarotico provides the service “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of the content for a particular purpose.
Tarotico is not responsible for decisions, actions or omissions taken by the user based on interpretations, messages, rituals or guidance received through the platform.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tarotico’s total liability to the user in connection with the platform is limited to the amount paid by the user during the twelve months preceding the relevant event. Nothing in this section excludes liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
18. Force majeure
Tarotico is not liable for delay or failure resulting from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including technical failures, cyberattacks, internet outages, third-party service interruptions, natural disasters, war, epidemics, government actions or changes in law.
19. Account termination
The user may request deletion of their account by using available platform functions or by contacting support@tarotico.com. Requests are handled within a reasonable time and in accordance with applicable data protection law.
Tarotico may terminate or restrict access in case of breach of these Terms, suspected fraud or abuse, unpaid amounts, technical risk or another legitimate reason.
20. Alternative dispute resolution
If you are a consumer in the European Union, you may contact the competent national consumer protection authority or applicable alternative consumer dispute resolution body in your country, where such body is available and competent to handle the dispute.
Before taking formal action, we encourage you to contact us first at support@tarotico.com so that we can review the matter in a reasonable and good-faith manner.
21. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Estonia, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country in which the consumer habitually resides, where applicable law provides such protection.
If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection provided by mandatory laws of the country in which you habitually reside, and you may bring claims before the courts of that country in accordance with applicable law.
22. General provisions
These Terms, together with the related policies, constitute the entire agreement between the user and Tarotico regarding use of the platform. If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
These Terms may be made available in more than one language. In case of inconsistency between language versions, the version in which the user entered into the contract prevails, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
