These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Tarotico, operated by InnOneWeb OÜ (“we”, “our”, “us”).

After the trial ends, access automatically stops.
You may subscribe at any time afterward to regain full access.

5. Subscription Activation and No-Refund Policy
When you activate a paid plan after your trial, you give explicit consent for immediate access to digital content.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU and UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, consumers lose the right of withdrawal once digital content is supplied with their express consent and acknowledgment of losing that right.
Accordingly, once access to TAROTICO’s digital content has begun, no refunds or chargebacks will be issued, except in cases of verified technical error caused by us.
6. Prices and Payments
All prices are displayed in euros (EUR), VAT included unless otherwise stated.
Payments are securely processed via third-party providers such as Stripe, Revolut, or PayPal.
Access is granted immediately upon successful payment.
7. Intellectual Property
All texts, card meanings, images, layouts, interpretations, and software available through TAROTICO are the exclusive property of InnOneWeb OÜ or are used under license.
Reproduction, distribution, modification, or resale of any content without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
You acknowledge and agree that your use of TAROTICO is entirely at your own risk.
The Platform and its content are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.
